High Performance Coating
Systems begin with proper surface preparation.
At Flor-Tec, we use state of the art
shot
blasting and
surface grinding systems to clean
and produce mechanical profile. Next,
penetrating primer is applied to insure maximum
adhesion to your substrate.
All of our systems are designed as floor
coatings, not just floor paint. Different types
of polymers such as epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic and MMA are used to produce floor
coating systems that last.
5 Standard levels of ant-slip provides safe work
surfaces
Smooth surface for dry easy to clean floors.
Bio-Pruf
Antimicrobial can be incorporated into most
coating systems to prevent a broad spectrum of
bacterial and fungal attacks.
Cleans easily, saving detergent, labor and water.
Complies with VOC regulations.

Reduces maintenance compared to bare concrete.
Coating systems are applied in thin film high build
and self leveling versions. All our coating
systems provide general to high chemical resistance.
Coatings are applied over concrete, steel and wood
surfaces.
Elastic coating provides flexible and waterproof
base coat for most finishes.
Coatings are a good choice for plywood
substrates; they protect and seal out moisture,
and can be top coated with a variety of finishes.
High performance urethane topcoats improve chemical
and abrasion resistance.
